Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel Pro at any time. On the website: Settings, then Manage subscription. In the iOS app: your Apple ID settings, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

• If you were charged and didn't mean to be, for example a renewal you forgot about, email brody@chessreflex.comwithin 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.
• After 14 days, cancelling simply stops future charges; partial months aren't refunded.
• If we close your account for a reason other than fraud, we refund the unused part of your period.

Apple handles payment for purchases made in the app, so refunds for those are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
